Magazine Cover Final

This is our final magazine cover after the editing process. We decided we wanted a colour scheme of red, white and blue to emphasise the American concept behind our Promotional package. We decided to make the central image staged like a prom picture again to emphasise the American high school as proms are very well known in american rom-coms based in schools. We carried over the font from both the poster and teaser trailer for the title of 'Wrongcom,' as we wanted that to be a recognised and continued concept throughout our promotional package due to it fitting our genre of romantic comedy really well as well as a parody. The other fonts that we decided on were fonts that we believed would fit the genres of romance. we also chose these fonts as we wanted to have varied fonts to fit the convention of a magazine to have varied fonts. We also decided to create our own magazine title as we wanted to be original and unconventional and create our own which suited our film as well as the general comic theme. The tag line is the same as the one on the film poster so that we could use this to advertise as well as be a catchy slogan which fits the comedy aspects of our promotional package. The layout we decided on was inspired by a mix of 'Empire,' and 'Total film,' as we wanted it to look as professional as we were able to. as well as this we wanted to make it eye catching and readable. We used pictures from the other groups in our class as featured films within the magazine, we decided to slightly rotate these images to make them look different to fit the convention of our film as well as fitting the overall funky American theme. Once the magazine was completed we created a questionnaire and asked twenty people aged between 15 and 18 what they thought:

1. What do you think of the title for our magazine cover?Majority answered that it looked professional, was creative and a good size so that it stood out on the magazine.
